Artist: Dr. William Call Dr. William Call is an extraordinary composer. In addition to Dr. Call's songs, his compositions include various chamber pieces, a suite for string orchestra, two cantatas for orchestra and choir, a set of songs for soprano and orchestra, five symphonies, a piano concerto, a ballet suite for orchestra, and a fantasy for piano and orchestra. In addition, Dr. Call has written three operas: (1) El Curioso Impertinente, 1987, on a Spanish libretto taken from Cervantes; (2) Isie: Pyramus and Thisbe, 1991, libretto by the composer; and (3) First Cast a Stone!
